Why Does Mark Hallburn Hate Dogs?

Why does Mark Hallburn hate me?

Most people in Putnam County are familiar with the annual dog swim on Labor Day at Valley Park Wave Pool.
The pool closes for the summer and man's best friends get a chance to enjoy the water. Donations are accepted at the door to raise money for the Putnam Animal Relief Fund to help build a new shelter in Putnam County. This year's swim was the fourth annual.

Some dog haters feel that they, not dogs, should be the ones swimming, even though there are no lifeguards.
Mark Halburn is one of those.

He doesn't want the dogs to swim in the pool.

Halburn was at the Parks Office Friday afternoon demanding to know why the pool was open for the dogs and closed early for people. (Keep in mind the swim was more than two weeks ago and the pool closed at the SAME TIME IT CLOSES EVERY YEAR.) He wanted to know how much it cost the taxpayers for the dogs to swim.
It didn't cost taxpayers anything...it was all volunteers.

This year's swim raised $1884.58 and there were about 300 dogs that had fun at the pool. Everyone had a great time (except for Halburn, who hates dogs) and can't wait for next year.

What kind of cruel bastard would deny dogs a swim in the pool?
Just remember, many serial killers got their start abusing animals.

  1. I guess Halburn never teared up at that abused animal commercial that plays "In the Arms of the Angels."

  2. He gets all turgid looking at all the poor animals.
    Then he eats them.

He's probably a bedwetter and a firesetter too.

  5. Wow...asking on some message board (that he hasn't been banned from yet) on how to bathe a dog.

If he had an actual job and didn't live off his fat wife, he could pay a small fee to have his dog bathed at any number of facilities that bathe pets. Then again, he doesn't have the mental capacity to comprehend such big thinking, or the funds to afford such a luxury.

Since when is he worried about bathing a dog? He should be concerned about bathing himself, I'm hearing he smells like a big pile of cow shit.

  6. Kind of a strange coincidence that the places Mark has made a spectacle of himself recently, notably the Wave Pool and the Shawnee Park, have suffered vandalism in the last week.

  7. I hadn't even thought of the Shawnee Park thing.

Remember when Walmart was vandalized before it opened?

And then there were the Scott Edwards election sign vandalizations.

    Funny how that happens.

Maybe the Hurricane PD should haul his fat ass in and sweat him for a few hours.

  8. Best do the sweating in the parking lot because it'll be easier to hose it off afterward.

  9. The sociopathic motherfucker even gloats about it:

    From the Walmart vandal story:
"The most recent crime is rather humorous. Apparently neighbors have had enough of the incessant beeping of construction equipment. Incredibly rude and insensitive workers have assaulted the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood with the "motion beeps" for about 18 months, often in the middle of the night.

Since Hurricane's Clueless City Council and incompentent mayors refused to protect longtime citizens, someone decided a little street justice was in order this week.

According to Chief of Police W. Mike Mullins, foam was sprayed into the "beeping devices" which solidified. When the contractor showed up to move the equipment off the site, each machine had to be repaired because safety regulations won't allow the machines to be moved without the beepers.

Like the other crimes, no arrest, no suspects, though Mullins admits he thought of the neighbors right away."

I wonder who that someone was?
I wonder who was so aggravated about the "motion beeps" that he would complain over 60 times about them in his anti-Walmart blog?

Most of all I wonder why the police never questioned him about any of this?
At least Halburn says they didn't.

I invite any of our Hurricane PD readers to set the record straight if I'm mistaken.

  10. It's also strange that some of Joe Haynes campaign signs are missing. He is the one person Hallburn doesn't want to see reelected. Because Joe won't give him the time of day and knows him for what he is "A Loooooooser".

  11. Funny... for a guy who hates the Hurricane WalMart so much, he spends a lot of money there. Saw tubby in his XXXXL "LA" blue shirt, LA hat and blue flip flops in the bread aisle this morning, then he proceeded to leave his cart in the middle of a parking spot, nearly backed into it...I tried to get a shot on my phone of him, but I missed...

  12. He probably confessed in his "blog"...that's why he had to hide it.

  13. Oh, there's no hiding it. It's still up. Fatsacks hasn't had the nuts to update it since his last bitchfest on July 22. Happy Birthday to me!

    Click my name for linkage.

    Just for the lulz.
