Halburn has been coming into the One Stop on MacCorkle Avenue in South Charleston to leech their wireless internet.
He is so loud he interrupts their business and they have to scare him off by blasting the radio while he is blabbing on the phone. Everyone in the store can hear what he's saying. All his gossip out loud in public so everyone can hear. The worst part is he smells really bad!
