Fired Again

Halburn had this part time job for several months where he went into convenience stores and moved around shit on the shelves. Now, it looks like he's been fired from yet another job.
The name of the company is Set and Service Resources.

And as usual he's gone to Topix, the trailer park of the internet, to whine about it.

And once again his deeply rooted racism rears its head.

She is the Human Resources Director at Set and Service Resources.

Halburn's excuse is always, "I'm not a racist. I went to the same high school as Jackie Robinson."

In the past though,  he's made slurs against Hispanics and Chinese.

Why do we think that the only race related thing that happened here is Halburn being told, "Quit complaining and get your flabby ass back to work, white boy"?

 Halburn Can't Get New Peterbilt

When Halburn left this comment on Travel Centers-TA-Petro's Facebook page this morning we knew something was up.

The explanation shows up a few hours later.
He turned down a job because they couldn't accommodate HIS schedule. But as usual, he blames THEM.
It's always someone else's fault isn't it Halburn?
 

Or maybe since the openings they have are for cooks, servers, truck service advisers and mechanics, he's just not qualified for a job there.
Maybe they checked him out and then turned him down. All his arrests, the restraining orders against him, his mental evaluation, his harassment of people in the community, the abuse of his second ex-wife. Those follow him around like the stench of his filthy tee shirts and cut off sweat pants.

 This has to be a first for Halburn.

 Fired from a job before he was even hired.

You got to be a stupid motherfucker to get fired before you're even hired!

Here's how it works. They are hiring for certain shifts. If your availability doesn't meet their needs, you're not a good choice.
There are many reasons why Crisco is not a good choice, but we will start with this reason.

What sort of a  "man" who has no job, who makes less than minimum wage and has had to have his child support reduced at least THREE times because he can't afford to pay it, turns down a job because they wouldn't let him work the schedule HE wanted to work? Everyone misses time with their family because of work. Do you actually believe a business should work around your personal schedule, Halburn?

They offered you a job, then you told them you can only work every other weekend and no Wednesday evenings.
What did you think they were going to do? Jump for joy and say "Sure Mr Halburn. You're the Dad of the Year. Work whatever schedule you want to work. The world revolves around you."

Skilless grifters are a dime a dozen. Hell, crack whores and heroin addicts have a better skill set and work ethic than you do. TA doesn't need you.
It's not discrimination when a potential employee tries to tell an employer when he's going to work.

That's not how you go about getting a job. Something you're oblivious of since you're 55 years old, have held about 100 menial jobs and been fired from most of them.

A real father does whatever it takes to provide for his child.

You don't care if your son eats or not. You know Doedy and Donnie will be sure he has food to eat. He doesn't care about the kid and never has. It's all about him and him getting his way. Handout Halburn! Piece of shit.

They will raise him right. It's good that he has a real, positive male role model in his home now. Someone who treats his mommy right, works a steady job and doesn't leech off his wife.Now he has a real man to look up to.

You're a bum Halburn.
And a horrible example to your "son." 

55 years old and the only thing you have to show for in your life is a blog, a 16 year old car and a son another man takes care of. You're a huge loser at life.  

REAL parents have to make the tough choice to go to work to provide for their children. YOU, on the other hand, just want to whine about it and let your second ex-wife and her husband actually support and raise their son.

Stepdads step up when Dads step down.

And  days later he's still whining about it.

A normal person would move on and apply for another job somewhere else.
But we're talking about Mark Halburn here.

Halburn Fired From CVS

Here's a real surprise.
Halburn has been fired from yet another job.

What's the word on the street, Johnny?

The word on the street is that he was fired from the Morris Street CVS a couple of weeks ago... and raised so much hell that the security guard had to force him out the door.

 

This may have been one of the longest periods of sustained employment of his spotty work history. 16 months.  But, like most of the shitty jobs he's held, this is  another one he's been fired from.

Of course, he refuses to admit the truth. And as always, he tells multiple stories, none of which agree with each other.
First he says, "I quit, in February" Then a week later he says, "they wonder why I resigned March 1st!"  And that same week he posted on Topix, "Halburn quit in February. Went to work for a merchandiser that recruited him out of CVS."

So now he'll have even more time to stalk & harass his targets.

Ticketbastard

 Remember the last time you called in and bought tickets for an event and gave the person on the other end your address and credit card number? You may want to rethink that now after you see what kind of people they hire there. 

Towards the end of August Mark Halburn started customer service training at Ticketmaster in Charleston. Everyone there was horrified that the company hired him. His reputation preceded him. Do these companies not do a background check on prospective employees? HOW does he even get in the door??? I mean, just one call to one of his former employers would reveal the trouble he's caused at those places.

That is the $64,000 question.

Three scenarios:
Either he gives fake references and gets people to lie about them for him, they don't even bother checking, or the former employers are so intimidated by threats that they will say nothing negative about him..

Several trainees quit the training class because of his presence and Halburn had only been there a week. 
He didn't last much longer. He never even made it out of training.
Ticketmaster management was ready with a plan for when they fired him.  He demanded his last check of course, and several members of upper management locked down the call center and met him in the parking lot with his check. He started yelling and showing his ass and they just turned and walked away .

Exactly how to treat him.

He's not entitled to attention from anybody. They met their obligation. They didn't need to stay for anything else. Plus it takes away his power. Deal with him and don't engage him.

He's already starting his threats. Ticketmaster legal is no doubt involved. 
Not sure if they're like wrongful termination threats or I'm gonna shoot up this place threats.
I'm sure their lawyers are used to dealing with entitled assholes

Either way Halburn gets fired again.

More Harbor Fraud

Harbor Freight has kicked Mark Halburn to the curb.















First, he was suspended for being disrespectful to the manager. Then he went on medical leave because he "hurt his wrist at work". In the time  he was employed there he supposedly got hurt 3-4 times.  
After that he tried to say he tripped over some pallets and fell, then a trailer hitch fell on his foot. He was on leave until May 15th.
Someone's looking for a workers comp claim. What a low life loser. 

His injury hasn't affected him doing his "reporting" though. And working at Union Mission where he was hired on May 9.
Some people could call that Workers Comp fraud.

If Harbor Freight could find him "working" otherwise, they'd have a good claim. They're not paying him to not come to work so he can play Mr Big Important Newsman.

And then, he evidently touched a co-worker's butt and made her uncomfortable every time they left at the same time. She started leaving 10 minutes before him.

He started calling management threatening to sue them over our previous report.

Now he thinks PutnamLies is one of the people working there.

At the end of May, he gave them his  2 week notice, but they let him go when he turned it in. Reports say he was fired  for sexual harassment of a female worker.
Jesus doesn't sexually harass, Mark.

He claims he got a manager position at U-haul.  It's always a manager position.. Whatever it is, it's something where he can wear his sloppy t-shirts, shorts, and sandals to work. 

Whatever the new job is, he still comes into Harbor Freight 2 or 3 times a week using free item coupons.

That's just more stalking behavior to let everyone know he's still around. You can't push him around.
