HALBURN GOES TO JAIL!!!

Contempt Hearing in Divorce Held Today

In January, as part the final order in his divorce case, Mark Vance Halburn was ordered by the Court to pay his second ex-wife $1,981.73 to equalize his one-half interest in the marital estate, and for her legal fees, $7,935.85. For a total of $9917.58. As of today, he had not paid one penny.
But, he had plenty of cash to fly to California for a weeklong vacation, print and frame about 50 large pictures of his kid, buy a bunch of crap for his kid in an attempt to buy his love, pay a lawyer in his other arrest cases and buy a family pass to the Wave Pool.
Today, a contempt hearing was held.

We're guessing that hearing may have gone poorly.

We'll have more info as it becomes available.

  7. He will never learn.....just continually makes excuses for his actions......adults make changes, not excuses!

  8. I did not know that grounds for appeal included such things as, I was guilty or things didn't go my way.
Justice will be done and we will get the long-awaited picture of Mark Hallburn in an orange jumpsuit.
Maybe they will have Mark out picking up trash along the highway. Many photo-ops would be possible.
    Paybacks are hell.

    1. Please be patient.

He'll appeal - he'll lose - then he'll file a frivolous appeal to the Supreme Court. They move at a glacial pace, so Fatsack probably has months before he loses his final appeal.

again, just be patient - between his contempt in the domestic matter, the 45-day sentence on the Putnam conviction and the likely recission of his Kanawha pretrial diversion, Roundboy is running out of options and the walls are closing in around him...
