Held In South Central Regional Jail Pending Bond

In January, as part the final order in his divorce case, Mark Vance Halburn was ordered by the Court to pay his second ex-wife $1,981.73 to equalize his one-half interest in the marital estate, and $7,935.85 for her legal fees. That's a grand total of $9917.58.
He refused to pay one single penny of that debt.
But, he had plenty of cash to fly to California for a weeklong vacation, print and frame about 50 large pictures of his kid, buy a bunch of crap for his kid in an attempt to buy his love, pay a lawyer in his other arrest cases and pay $475 for a family pass to the Wave Pool.
On Wednesday, a contempt hearing was held.
That hearing went poorly for Fatlock.
Afterwards, he was taken to the South Central Regional Jail, jailed on the contempt charge and spent the next 24 hours behind bars. We bet he pays that money now.

ReplyDeleteI do wonder why Troy, Chester or any other the other social misfits with whom he pals around haven't ponied up his bail. Maybe THEY don't even want him out.
I also wonder how long it took for another inmate to administer a merciless beating when Marky started complaining about the noise...

First of all, I am not anonymous. It will not let me sign in. I am Paul Masley. what I want to know is how much time did this asshole get or is he already out on bail. Putnam County needs to can their stew and you know what to name it. It would be a best seller because it appears that the administration is full of it! And it is not Bullshit.

ReplyDeleteI think it's finally coming to jail time for Crisco. The court system is finally tired of messing with this guy and are going to lay on some real time in jail for him. I find it funny that he couldn't raise $250 to get out of jail any quicker. Wonder where muttonchops child beater and uncle kiddiefucker were? More people need to file complaints when he tries to bully them and he will either stop or stay in jail. I don't think there is a sign that says enter the pool through the side gate at the jails.
ReplyDeleteSo Hallburn has to stay straight for the next 3 weeks so he can again face justice. Meanwhile he must prepare his appeal for the first conviction. I don't suppose a defense on the pre-trial diversion could be made, stating that "I was so busy standing in contempt-of -court and serving a few days in the pokey cause I didn't even have $250 in my pocket for bail that I couldn't attend my anger management for psycho classes"?

DeleteIf true, this isn't going to be popular with the Court that ruled he has to pay his 2nd ex-wife.
He has been described as obnoxious.....while that's true, that's his best trait. I wish someone would get it through to him about the FOIA law. If you're not satisfied with a response or no response, GO DIRECTLY TO THE CIRCUIT COURT IN THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE FOIA WAS REQUESTED. THE PA HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT.....NOTHING. That is so simple........read the Code of WV.
