Halburn Craps On First Amendment

Publisher Appeals Unconstitutional Deletion

“This deletion is further proof that
Mark Vance Halburn
 PsychoPublisher Mark Vance Halburn is
insane,” says PutnamLIES.com. “You can’t ban a website from the internet. It’s a blatant violation of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. The internet belongs to the people, not to the fat man in a stained t-shirt and cut off sweat pants. Send Halburn to the ADX in Florence, Colorado-for life!"

Google deleted the wildly popular website on October 18, 2013, after serial lawsuit abuser Mark Vance Halburn filed a frivolous action against his ex-wife and several internet companies and attempted to erase any evidence of his pattern of psychotic bad behavior from the web. Halburn was unsuccessful in his efforts to have Facebook remove PutnamLIES presence, and the site’s attorney basically told him to pound sand and he risked having his own account shut down for violating their Terms of Service for filing a lawsuit. “Facebook did not commit a First Amendment violation. They don’t care if the world sees his unethical conduct. Google needs to save face and reinstate this website and slap Halburn down from making frivolous complaints again.”

The First Amendment clearly reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

It clearly does not read, nor contain any language, stating that those words apply only to Mark Vance Halburn in situations Mark Vance Halburn deems they apply.

“Obviously Halburn’s pea-sized brain doesn’t comprehend the seven-letter, two-syllable word ‘freedom,’ says PutnamLIES.com. "He couldn't spell it if you spot him the vowels, consonants, and bring in Vanna White to flip the letters. He needs to be a blogger in Beijing since he disrespects the sacred freedoms of America.”

Halburn’s reference to Trash Bloggers was about the time other writers exposed him for his unethical, inappropriate, bullying behavior he called “journalism.”

Halburn is just another incompetent blogger. His bullying antics and unethical grifting are old news. He just gave us another chance to expose him.

Halburn sits around scheming up lawsuits to get out of having a job. And his child goes without necessities because his father doesn’t have a job to make money to provide those necessities because he’s too busy handwriting lawsuits to Facebook and Google requesting billions of dollars in punitive damages while using their services all day. This is a conflict of interest.

Of course, PutnamLIES.com has reported on Halburn’s parenting failures and other brushes with the legal system. And, since PutnamLIES.com has been reporting on Halburn’s antics, Halburn has been unable to secure employment from several places of business who have come to PutnamLIES.com first to learn more about their applicant, leading Halburn to try to have the material removed.

“West Virginia employers apparently read PutnamLIES.com. That, or he found a way to sign up for welfare or get on disability to keep on playing newsguy.

This is not the first time Halburn has attempted to silence his critics. In 2010, Halburn drove more than 400 miles to confront a female reporter who had poked several holes in many of his blog posts relating to Walmart construction and other issues, and exposed him for publishing numerous falsified letters to the blogger. In 2012, Halburn also tried to pursue civil stalking charges against an Ohio man with no proof, and a judge dismissed the case when Halburn did not show for the hearing. He also has threatened several court employees he has accused of releasing public documents with legal action, even though their actions in releasing those public documents were completely legal and within the scope of their authority and responsibility.

When PutnamLIES.com pointed out in various articles that his information was freely available public information, Halburn called PutnamLIES.com domestic terrorists. Halburn is a disgrace. We can’t wait to publish his next arrest. (The jailhouse video of his latest booking has been ordered and has yet to be delivered.)

Halburn’s ongoing misbehavior is a classic example of the entitlement
mentality that’s ruining West Virginia and America. A lawsuit by Halburn against Facebook was tossed after it was clear Halburn violated Facebook’s Terms of Service himself by even bringing suit against them in the first place outside of Santa Clara County, California, even though Halburn agreed to those terms himself when he signed up for Facebook and clicked ‘I accept these Terms and Conditions.’ This stupidity on his part is appalling.

PutnamLIES.com has filed an appeal with Google to reinstate the website based on Fair Use Doctrine, parody and established case law governing the same. Google and Blogger.com – where PutnamLIES.com was hosted – were both provided with with specific examples citing the fault in their decision to remove the page. As of this publication, Google has not ruled on PutnamLIES.com’s appeal.

They will likely come up with an excuse to keep the original site offline. They always do. They're just a group of Commie pinkos covering for other freedom-hating Commie pinkos.

Halburn's Latest Mugshot
Halburn is a vindictive jackass who should have been locked up years ago. But there isn’t enough of a food budget in the West Virginia Division of Corrections to support the need. Rogue and corrupt bloggers, including Halburn, need to be held accountable for their misbehavior. Since the judicial system has failed to deal with Halburn, the citizens will continue to have their chance every day on our website. I hope they kick his sorry carcass to the curb.
