The fat dude turned the TV on full blast at 5:45am while people was trying to sleep and he got the shit smacked out of him not punched! Halburn is charged with telephone harassment and disruption of
government services. He's being held on a $1500 bond which, we have been
told he cannot pay and is calling left and right trying to find someone
to put the money up. He has been turned down by all his friends and
even his relatives in California, because they're "not willing to risk
their money on his behavior."
