Hypocrisy, Thy Name Is Halburn

Mark Halburn, the Dunbar domestic terrorist, has a driving problem. Seems he doesn’t believe laws apply to him. He has a string of traffic tickets, which as usual, he says are not his fault. But nothing ever is, is it?

He has a big beef with the police in the town where he squats. Dunbar PD has issued numerous citations to him, mostly for speeding. Usually about twice the posted speed limit.
HE, apparently, gets to determine what he considers “a normal rate of speed.”

30 in a 15
30 in a 15. TWICE the posted limit.

So he blames the mayor.

To the point where he’s literally got like a half dozen online videos of him stalking the Mayor’s neighborhood to try and prove some lame point about speed limits in the town.
He conveniently leaves out the fact that he would have still been exceeding the limit even if the speed limit been 25 mph.

A ticket beef was what sent Halburn to jail in July 2014 after an incident at Dunbar City Hall.
And, the guy who is so obsessed about other peoples’ behavior seems to have no problem with videotaping and driving at the same time.
Greenlee was also the target of numerous sock puppet postings by Halburn on the trailer park of the internet, Topix.

Here’s an attack he made on January 8,2017.

And another one made before the recent election.

To show the extent of Halburn’s vendetta, Roger Wolfe, the candidate he was promoting above, had formerly been Dunbar’s mayor before he was removed from office in 2008 when he approved pay raises for four department heads and approved other city expenses without city council’s approval. The State Ethics Commission later fined him $35,000 in 2011 after they found he violated the Ethics Act for receiving reimbursements without proper authority.
All of which Wolfe has refused to pay.

He’s the type of politician who Halburn would normally rail against, but this time gets a pass because it advances Halburn’s agenda.
Or maybe he feels a kinship with a fellow deadbeat.

So PutnamLIES.com was completely gobsmacked when Halburn posted this on Mayor Greenlee’s Facebook page Saturday.

Seriously? What a sniveling ass kisser. What’s your angle now, Halburn? Hoping the replacement mayor will be a pussy that you can push around?
It doesn’t matter. You’ll always be a fat loser living in a one bedroom garage apartment, with no job, no future and no son.

ANOTHER Speeding Ticket in Dunbar

Halburn got another speeding ticket in Dunbar recently.
Now he's whining and harassing Dunbar officials about it. This is his second speeding ticket in Dunbar. And both from the same officer.

Doesn't mean 30

The first time it was 39 in a 25. This time it was 30 in a 15, twice the posted limit.
And whether he agrees with the 15 mph limit on that street or not, the speed limit on all other residential streets in the city is 25 mph. He was exceeding even that limit by 5 mph.
He was been breaking the law regardless.
You don't get to decide what the normal rate of speed is on a residential street., Halburn The city does that.

And then he whines he also got a ticket for no proof of insurance even though he was in a rental car.
You know why, Fatburn?
Because you gave the cop shit. Had you kept your mouth shut and taken the original ticket, you'd have gotten away with only one charge. But you, being you, just had to run your flabby cocksucker and you got an added bonus.

You're entitled to courtesy if you've done the same. If you get singled out for being an asshole, you brought that on yourself and shouldn't expect a break. Piss on the cops and they will find every little reason to pull you over.
Take it up with the judge,  Fatboy.

We wonder if you speed with your son in the car on the days when you get to visit him?

It's particularly ironic that the man who is criticizing safety is holding a video camera and driving.
With a speed limit of 15 miles per hour, a child in the street has a chance to survive, but at 30, when he is hit he is dead.
But I'm sure that somehow Halburn would attempt to make it the child's fault.

HALBURN ARRESTED IN DUNBAR!!!

Mark Vance Halburn was arrested again today, exactly a year after he was jailed for contempt of court and spent 24 hrs in jail because he couldn’t pay $250

The story behind the story:

Halburn was caught on Charles Ave. in Dunbar, on Father's Day, close to midnight, going 39 in a 25 zone.
He got a second ticket for an unsigned registration card. The only reason that the second ticket was given was that he went off on the officer after getting the speeding ticket. He not only got the original cop involved but his shift commander as well when he threw his tantrum.
He demanded they call the Chief and also demanded that all speed limits be done away with after 11: 00 pm. since there is not much traffic.
He also wants the city to make a new law that contractors not be able to start work until after 9:00 am so he can sleep.

On Wednesday, Halburn went to Dunbar City Hall to argue about the traffic ticket. He went to the

municipal court clerk’s office  where he became "very loud and demanding,” about about a sign in the hallway.
Halburn apparently was upset because he mistakenly walked upstairs to pay for his ticket and that the sign was wrong.
He was told by the clerk if he wanted a hearing on the matter that he would have to come back to court at 5 p.m. on July 1.
Halburn continued to argue about the ticket and got louder and louder, causing the clerk to get worried and use a panic alarm.
At that point
Dunbar Capt. Scott Elliott was summoned to City Hall. Mayor Terry Greenlee told Halburn to quiet down or leave. Jess Bailes, the Dunbar police chief, asked Halburn to step out of the office, but Halburn refused. At that point, Bailes and Elliott escorted Halburn out of the office.

Halburn was charged with disrupting a government process. He was free on bond Wednesday night.
It's unknown if the sign at City Hall said, "Use the other entrance."

As two different court ordered mental evaluations stated :
"His psychological profile and behavior would suggest that he has propensity for aggressive behavior. Given his degree of agitation and volatility, any threats made by him should be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately."

and

"His arrests follow the pattern clearly seen by the mental health professionals: he generates needless conflict and then overreacts when his bullying tactics are resisted."
The publisher of a Putnam County news website was arrested after allegedly being disruptive in the Dunbar court clerk’s office.
Mark Vance Halburn, 52, of 21st Street in Dunbar, was taken into custody Wednesday in Dunbar City Hall.
Dunbar Capt. Scott Elliott was dispatched to City Hall for a panic alarm. When he arrived, he found Halburn in the municipal court clerk’s office “being very loud and demanding” about a sign in the hallway, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Magistrate Court.
Halburn told the clerk the sign was wrong and that he had walked upstairs because of it, according to the complaint. Halburn was at the court to pay a fine for an unknown offense.
The clerk then told him if he wanted a hearing on the matter that he would have to come back to court at 5 p.m. on July 1.
The clerk told police that Halburn continued to argue about the ticket and got louder and louder, causing the clerk to get worried and use the panic alarm, the complaint said.
Elliott wrote that Mayor Terry Greenlee had told Halburn to quiet down or leave. Jess Bailes, city police chief, asked Halburn to step out of the office, but Halburn refused. Bailes and Elliott escorted Halburn out of the office.

A Fathers Day Card From Dunbar PD

Dunbar PD reports that the Mark Vance Halburn was cited around midnight last night for speeding.

Doesn't mean 39
After Halburn was caught going 39 in a 25 zone on Charles Avenue Sunday night  he started going off on the officer.
So then he also got a bonus ticket for having an unsigned registration card. The only reason that ticket was given was his shitty behavior .
He demanded that all speed limits be done away with after 11: 00 pm. since there is not much traffic.
He also wants the city to make a new law that contractors not be able to start work until after 9:00 am so he can sleep.

That's going to cost him over $300 for both tickets.
He'll probably whine that it was Father's Day and he should be exempt, even though he doesn't have custody of his kid.
It will be someone else's fault. It always is.
