Mark Vance Halburn called WV Legislative offices last Thursday afternoon demanding answers on what he called a “50-50 Custody” bill.
He's probably talking about Senate Bill 51. It passed on March 10 and it's effective in 90 days but it hasn't been signed into law yet.

§48-9-206 is probably what he’s getting in a froth about. It says that custody should be shared if the court determines it is in the best interests of the child.
Halburn, however, has consistently shown a problem with acting in his child’s best interest.  In his child’s case, shared legal custody is MOST CERTAINLY NOT in the best interest of the child.
And that's the bottom line.
It doesn't matter what he thinks.
The Court would absolutely not agree with him. And has. Repeatedly.
He has minimal visitation precisely because of his behavior, but his irrational behavior last June was the straw that broke the camel's back. The Court ordered him to have absolutely NO CONTACT with his son until May 2019.

The people at the Capitol were helpful until he started yelling and threatening and demanding supervisors and home numbers and shit. I mean seriously. Yelling at a secretary? It’s just so shitty. Especially after she answered his question.
And then he called the Clerk’s office and demanded to speak to the Clerk and when he was told the Clerk was not in, he demanded to know where he was and if he was not there he demanded to speak to HIS supervisor.
PutnamLIES.com was told he was hard to hear and breaking up. Sounded like he was in a car.
Probably so. Probably driving to an important supervisory job.

They just should have explained to him that the session is over and to please call again next year.
“Call back in 2019, thanks” or "Sorry, we don't respond to out of state residents. Many Thanks!"

You know what someone there should have asked him? How his psychotherapy is going.
Because we have serious doubts he’s complying.
But if he is, it ain't working.

He didn’t call back after his first pants shitting meltdown ... so maybe he finally arrived at his shelf stocking job or some such shit.

A young woman from Eleanor was killed in an auto accident last week.
And Halburn has to use it for his own agenda.
And be an apologist for a sex offender.



The step-grandfather is listed as the GRANDFATHER in the family's obituary.
Halburn took it upon himself to disregard the family's wishes and rewrite their obituary for his hate blog, changing the name of who they considered to be grandparents and inserting the name of his kiddie diddling pal as the grandfather.

The so-called "real" grandfather is a deadbeat who can't show up to the funeral because he took the low road and owes the real grandmother almost $60 thousand in unpaid child support for 9 children that he never wanted anything to do with.

That, and he's a convicted child molester.

The picture was sent to us by a fellow parishioner in that church who didn’t appreciate Halburn or his shenanigans. It’s been posted since May 2017.
Apparently it’s been eating at Halburn since then and he just had to complain about it yesterday.

How about the person who stalked a WV Delegate, followed her to church on Easter Morning and papered the cars with flyers attacking that Delegate?
How about the person who went to the South Charleston Church of the Nazarene  and put flyers on worshipers’ cars attacking the Church’s leadership?
How about the person who went to the Nitro Church of the Nazarene a month after the previous incident and did the same thing there?

Once again PutnamLIES.com has uncovered another blatant theft of material by Mark Vance Halburn. This time it comes from the Sunday Gazette-Mail
Halburn's M.O. is to take text from an opinion article or news story and claim it's a letter sent by a reader.
In another demonstration of his desperation, he has resorted to his old practice of journalism: plagiarism and theft of intellectual property.



He has lifted word for word an article that ran on the Sunday Gazette-Mail's opinion page.



Halburn continues to demonstrate his lack of ethics and integrity by plagiarizing text and publishing it, and by lying to his "readers" by acting like it was sent to him as a letter. And then he tops it off with a little Facebook stalking, by swiping one of her profile pictures.

Strange that the article doesn't appear in any other media outlet anywhere.
There is no way in the world that a WVU student from Summersville would even know his third rate, fake news hate blog even existed, much less send that article to him as a letter to the editor.

It takes a thief.
Same old Halburn.
Fucking scumbag.

Halburn Impersonates Second Ex-Wife

Last Saturday we received an email from someone purporting to be Halburn's second ex-wife. We smelled a rat as soon as we read it. A big fat smelly rat named Mark Vance Halburn.

She has absolutely no reason to contact us. Why would she? She has nothing to say to us. And we have nothing to say to her.

 So Saturday's email came as a surprise. But we knew something was amiss as soon as we read it.

Why would she care why he left? We're sure she's just relieved that he's gone.

So we waited a couple of days and  then asked, "Who Are you? Mark who?"
And the answer came back:

Our reply: 

"He's undergoing gender reassignment surgery. 
 
Seriously. Fuck you Halburn, We know it's you."

Two hours later, his answer was: 

We answered back:
"Bullshit.

You realize this is going to get posted don't you?
And as soon as it is, Judge Keller is going to see it.
Enjoy your time back in jail, asshole.

That kid of yours is going to be shaving before you see him again."


"Not Halburn" never answered that email.

And now it's being posted. This is the kind of shit that got him sent to jail before Christmas. A stunt like this could put him back in there.

Why would Halburn do something like this? Easy.

He wants something to prove that she's communicating with us. To smoke us out. He's convinced that everyone is conspiring against him. He's a fucking nut.

He even used a picture of her holding the son he will never see again.

God only knows if he’s emailing anyone else with that address and what he’s saying. The court would be interested to know too.

But we can see the fake email now ... “I confess I cheated on my husband and I am an unfit mother. Therefore I ask for my parental rights to be immediately terminated and for my son to be placed with his father in a Beach house you order me to Buy. I also will pay $1 million per month for life for spousal and child support and will never contact my son or Mark Hallburn again”

He's notorious for using fake accounts. He even forged a letter from Judge Mike Kelly to the Supreme Court during his divorce case.

A practice like this is business at its absolute worst, practiced by an immoral charlatan masquerading as a journalist.  He will stoop to the lowest, most vulgar, vile and disgusting ploys to deceive the honest, hard-working citizen. He is the lowest form of scum on the face of the earth.

Report From A Jerk In Jail

In an article that can only be described as surreal, Mark Vance Halburn has parlayed his latest stay in the Western Regional Jail into a "Special Report" on his fake news hate blog.

 His "14 day investigation" (he misspelled incarceration) reveals that the jail's problems include:

Overcrowding.
He calls it a “dumping ground” for inmates that he thinks should be just be issued court summons, like someone (him) being held for contempt of court.

Medical personnel are rude.
He whines that diabetics (him) are fed food that makes them sick. (They wouldn't bring him a gas station pizza).

And the most shocking: Illegal drug use by inmates!

The ex-inmate is also upset that administrators won't return his insistent phone calls.

Nowhere in the article does he tell his 29 readers that he was being held as a prisoner in the jail.
One thing is for sure, he'll get a warm reception the next time he goes back.

Truth IS stranger than fiction.
