Allegedly Stole Cans From Recycling Center

An ex-Putnam County man is on the run waddle and the Dunbar Police Department is asking for your help to put him back behind bars.

Halburn is accused of stealing numerous bags of aluminum cans from the city's recycling center on Charles Avenue in Dunbar and then fleeing.

On Friday, December 22, 2017, Lt. Michael Lester of the Dunbar Police Department was dispatched to the Dunbar City Garage in reference to a larceny. Upon his arrival, he spoke with a city employee who advised the officer of an issue they were having with Mark Halburn stealing recycled cans. The worker stated that he witnessed Mr. Halburn remove cans from the recycle bins, place them in his vehicle and then leave.

After that incident, the worker stated that he set up a video camera by the recycling bin. The video showed Halburn returning in his his vehicle, a silver 2001 Buick LeSabre, WV license 4VV 367. He then exited his vehicle and placed at least three more bags of cans into the vehicle and drove off. This was all viewed by the officer who then swore out a warrant against Halburn.
There may also be an unnamed accomplice.

A warrant was issued for the following charge:

§61-3-13-b Petit Larceny

Halburn is currently on probation for a stalking conviction in Putnam County.

If you see Halburn, do not approach him. Instead, immediately, telephone 911. You can also call the Dunbar Police Department at 304-766-0204.

Halburn committed this crime for less than $25.
If this fucker worked half as hard at a real job as he does trying to scam money, he'd be rich.

This will definitely violate his probation in Putnam County. Should be interesting to see how he tries to spin this shit.

Halburn Impersonates Second Ex-Wife

Last Saturday we received an email from someone purporting to be Halburn's second ex-wife. We smelled a rat as soon as we read it. A big fat smelly rat named Mark Vance Halburn.

She has absolutely no reason to contact us. Why would she? She has nothing to say to us. And we have nothing to say to her.

 So Saturday's email came as a surprise. But we knew something was amiss as soon as we read it.

Why would she care why he left? We're sure she's just relieved that he's gone.

So we waited a couple of days and  then asked, "Who Are you? Mark who?"
And the answer came back:

Our reply: 

"He's undergoing gender reassignment surgery. 
 
Seriously. Fuck you Halburn, We know it's you."

Two hours later, his answer was: 

We answered back:
"Bullshit.

You realize this is going to get posted don't you?
And as soon as it is, Judge Keller is going to see it.
Enjoy your time back in jail, asshole.

That kid of yours is going to be shaving before you see him again."


"Not Halburn" never answered that email.

And now it's being posted. This is the kind of shit that got him sent to jail before Christmas. A stunt like this could put him back in there.

Why would Halburn do something like this? Easy.

He wants something to prove that she's communicating with us. To smoke us out. He's convinced that everyone is conspiring against him. He's a fucking nut.

He even used a picture of her holding the son he will never see again.

God only knows if he’s emailing anyone else with that address and what he’s saying. The court would be interested to know too.

But we can see the fake email now ... “I confess I cheated on my husband and I am an unfit mother. Therefore I ask for my parental rights to be immediately terminated and for my son to be placed with his father in a Beach house you order me to Buy. I also will pay $1 million per month for life for spousal and child support and will never contact my son or Mark Hallburn again”

He's notorious for using fake accounts. He even forged a letter from Judge Mike Kelly to the Supreme Court during his divorce case.

A practice like this is business at its absolute worst, practiced by an immoral charlatan masquerading as a journalist.  He will stoop to the lowest, most vulgar, vile and disgusting ploys to deceive the honest, hard-working citizen. He is the lowest form of scum on the face of the earth.

Substantial Penalty For Early Withdrawal

Last weekend PutnamLIES.com saw several postings on the internet trailer park, Topix, all having to do with Mark Halburn and City National Bank.

Here’s one of them:
“Hey Halburn, why did City National cancel all of your bank accounts? Were you overdrafting too much? Did it hurt your feelings when they laughed at you when you said you were getting an attorney? They know you can’t afford an attorney and they know that no attorney would take your case even if you could. It’s not worth it. So you are in your mid 50’s and not only do you not have a retirement but you also do not have a checking account.
Yeah you are a great example for the kid. I guess Donnie can show him how to open a savings account.”



Those posts were pretty much proven to be true today when Halburn went to the City National Bank branch on Poplar Fork in Teays Valley and started raising hell and screaming at the employees. So much so that they hit the hold up alarm. Halburn was still there when the Putnam County deputies arrived and he was told in no uncertain terms not to come back or he would be arrested for trespassing.

Guess that failing hate blog and his sub-minimum wage income aren’t working out too well for him.

How does someone go from getting sentenced to 6 months in jail on Thursday to getting engaged to an out of state woman he’s only known for two months on Saturday?

Who’s the lucky gal?  PutnamLIES.com has found her name is Barbara, a nursing assistant from Virginia who  wipes asses and cleans bedpans for a living. It’s unknown if she is currently employed.
Maybe Fats likes to have his ass wiped. Maybe Barbara likes criminals.
Whatever the reason, Babs sure works fast.

It took her a month to go from “in a relationship’ to “got engaged” with the last guy she was engaged to.
And it then it took her 2 months after that to go from “got engaged” to that guy to “in a relationship” with Halburn.
It appears she’s taking it a little slower this time.

The last guy must have been a real loser for her to dump him for Halburn.
Crisco previously broke up the prior marriage of his first ex-wife in California.


It’s great that a guy who refuses to get a real job and literally claims to be unable to pay the mother of his child more than $177 a month in support can buy his internet ladyfriend a secondhand ring. Only in America.

One thing’s for sure, she can’t be after his money. Another sad, desperate woman who’s going to be a whole lot more sadder and desperate before this whole thing is over.

She’s a prop for family court. That’s what this is. Nothing more. “Look, I have a normal life. I have a wife and everything. You can’t deny me custody now.”

Commissioner Halburn?

Halburn has applied for the Kanawha County Commission seat left vacant by Dave Hardys departure.
He knows he can't get elected so he hopes he can get selected. This won't turn out well for him. He has no party affiliation. The applicant must be a Democrat.
Plus he's nuts.

Maybe he's just filling in for the crackpot woman that always runs for mayor in Charleston.

He doesn't realize this is for the Kanawha County Commission seat and not the Kanawha County Fair Pie Eating contest.

Here's the main disqualifier.
Carper said, “I think one of the most important things is to find someone who we’ll be able to work with and show respect not only to the public, but to the staff.”

In a desperate attempt to remain relevant and run away from his toxic brand, Halburn will be changing the name and domain of his blog. The new name will be Putnam County News and Putnumcountynews. com will be the new URL. The site was registered on December 27, 2015. It's unsure when the changeover will actually take place.
He doesn't seen to understand that changing the name is not going to make people forget. His past is not going to be erased that easily.

One of the reasons for the change? He now gets to use News in the name. So now he can harass people under a new name and continue to insist "IT'S NOT A BLOG!"

The other reason? Through our efforts, his blog and its name were so damaged, so poisoned, so associated with his harassing, bullying tactics that he was forced to change the name.
And in typical style he made a new shitty logo with some copied clipart. Appropriate that he chose his notebook computer as one of the pieces of clipart..

Pretty sure he just got scooped on his own announcement. News leader my ass.

Then there's the part about the trunk of a car, a closet at a cheap motel and a lifetime on the run.

Wednesday night Halburn posted the following on his Facebook page:

How the hell can Kanawha County Schools continue to justify this?
You're trying to get custody of your son? No court is going to award you anything with the friends you hang around with.

I don't know if his second ex-wife has seen this, but she needs to.

I wouldn't let my kid anywhere near this so called Dad. 

A mistake is rear-ending a car. Or running a red light. 

A mistake is not the willful disregard of a court order to pay child support and molesting children. A mistake is not when someone is almost $50,000 in arrears in his child support. Hope he's not going to make a mistake and stick Jake with the hospital bill.

Halburn Continues To Attack Kelly

the third person, PutnumLIVE.com's out-of-state publisher Mark Hallburn continues to attack Kanawha County Family Court Judge Michael J. Kelly. 

Halburn is furious about a ruling that Kelly made on August 8th, 2012 forbidding him, after moving to South Carolina in March, from removing his son from the state.

Kelly is no doubt concerned that due to Halburn's past behavior, it is in the child's best interests to stay in West Virginia. He also realizes that Halburn is the type of vindictive prick that would kidnap his own son and disappear.

Halburn says, "Attention West Virginia parents, if you exercise your First Amendment rights, you could lose parenting rights with your children."

He claims that that due to his complaints about Kelly to the West Virginia Supreme Court he is being retaliated against.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

No one is trying to silence Halburn. He can say and write whatever drivel he pleases. He's already proved that.
But he must also be aware that his words have consequences. And that he will be held responsible for what he says.

Halburn has threatened, harassed and cajoled Kelly since Halburn's wife began divorce proceedings in November of 2011. Halburn has posted under at least 150 different names on the website Topix. All of those posts attack his enemies and support his own positions. He began attacking Kelly as soon as the case was assigned to him.
 

This has nothing to do with speech everything to do with actions.

In 1999 Halburn and his second ex-wife were flying back to California. Once on the plane, Halburn started complaining endlessly about the flight being late.

While he was taking one of several bathroom breaks, (no doubt so he could complain some more) the flight attendant told Mrs Halburn that if she didn't do something with him that they would both be removed from the flight at the next stop.

During the construction of the Hurricane Walmart, Halburn was arrested for telephone harassment after he called the construction supervisor over 10 times in one day and cursed at him over "excessive noise".

He was arrested after forcing his way into a closed public pool and continuing to swim after he was told to leave.

He was convicted of trespassing after another pool incident in Kanawha County. The boy was not present to witness any of those.

Halburn was involved in yet another pool incident at a Charlotte NC hotel in 2011 where he was escorted out for causing a disturbance. This was in front of the little boy.

He is persona non grata at the Comfort Inn in Barboursville after creating a disturbance in the lobby. He was ordered never to return there.

There have been numerous incidents in Putnam County as well where he has shown his ass while his son was with him. Especially involving pools and Joe Haynes.

This is the type of irrational behavior the judge is concerned about.

Hallburn says, "That's absurd, he lets me have my son inside the state. The risk is the same. Kelly's ego can't handle the fact that I complained about his bizarre rulings to Ketchum." He claims his son is being held hostage in West Virginia. Halburn continues, "My son can't go to the beach, the zoo, could not visit me on Father's Day. Kelly is treating my son like a second-class citizen and is violating his rights to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Oh, he can do all those things. Just not with you, meathead.

The risk is that if Hallburn has his son and is arrested outside of West Virginia, the little boy will be without a guardian, hours from home. Therefore, Kelly ruled that the child must stay in West Virginia. And rightly so.

What Halburn doesn't like is that now, someone in authority is telling HIM what to do. And HIS ego can't take it.
And there's not anything he can do about it except whine about it. Endlessly.

What Halburn means by all this is that HIS ego can't handle the fact that he is no longer in charge of how he can interact with his child. And it's nobody's fault but his.

"Using my First Amendment rights to redress my government for grievances, I contacted Chief Justice Menis Ketchum, who asked me to prepare a motion," says Halburn. "I did, then he ordered me not to contact the court. Both of these so-called judges should be impeached for violating federal constitutional law."

What Halburn neglects to say is that he filed innumerable "motions" and followed those up with innumerable harassing phone calls to the Chief Justice, other Justices, administrators and employees of the Supreme Court, both at their offices and their homes.
THAT is why he has been ordered not to contact the Court any more.
Several years ago he was banned from even stepping foot on Supreme Court property.

Hallburn says he will be sending a Letter of Impeachment to Speaker Rick Thompson and the members of the West Virginia House of Delegates directing them to impeach Kelly and Ketchum as well as Putnam County Family Law Judge William Watkins.
Of course he will.
And he will follow up those letters with telephone calls. Lots of them.

They will ignore him and order Halburn not to contact them either.

Additionally, Hallburn wants Kelly removed because he ignored a motion providing evidence that his mother was dying, thereby not allowing her to see Halburn's son.

Halburn conveniently ignores the fact that his son is four years old. Halburn had plenty of opportunity to take the boy to see his Grandmother before she was knocking on death's door. Halburn visited in January of this year. Without the boy. And before that in November of 2010. Again without the boy. If Halburn was so anxious for her to see her grandson, why didn't he attempt to take the boy until now?

Mark Halburn is a narcissistic sociopath. This is not about anyone but him.
His son is nothing more than a convenient crutch for his grievances.
It says a lot about a person that when his mother dies, the only thing he can think about is how a judge's ruling effects HIM.

Halburn believes those who disagree with him should be fired and jailed.

We're calling on Mark Halburn to do what he's done in other Family Court cases.
Release the videos of his divorce case. 
ALL of the videos of his hearings before Judge Kelly. EVERY SINGLE MINUTE, not just “Cherry Pick” the portions that make the judge look bad.

We will see whether or not he takes the high road or continues with the low road.
You're the one calling for these hearings to be open to reporters and the public.

You've harassed Scott Edwards, Joe Haynes, Ben Newhouse, judges, lawyers, state and local government employees, construction workers and anyone else that disagrees with you.
If your "clients" don't like the ad parodies of their businesses, there's an easy solution. They can have you pull their ads off your site.

Calling the material and comments on this site "perverted," the unnamed censor apparently deemed this blog "not appropriate for viewing by State of West Virginia employees, (and) therefore, has been blocked by our agency."

We say bullshit.
Notice he won't even name the agency. Maybe it's someone from his imaginary judicial review board.
Some departments/agencies have ALL blogs, ebay, facebook, youtube, sports sites and internet game sites, etc. blocked. Mostly to keep people like Halburn from fucking off all day. Some departments have none blocked. Some departments have no internet access al all. It's a department by department decision.

Frankly, we don't really give a shit. We get virtually no hits from any state offices anyway. Most state employees are hard workers who have better things to do at work than Google their names all day and play on the internet.
