A Fathers Day Card From Dunbar PD

Dunbar PD reports that the Mark Vance Halburn was cited around midnight last night for speeding.

Doesn't mean 39
After Halburn was caught going 39 in a 25 zone on Charles Avenue Sunday night  he started going off on the officer.
So then he also got a bonus ticket for having an unsigned registration card. The only reason that ticket was given was his shitty behavior .
He demanded that all speed limits be done away with after 11: 00 pm. since there is not much traffic.
He also wants the city to make a new law that contractors not be able to start work until after 9:00 am so he can sleep.

That's going to cost him over $300 for both tickets.
He'll probably whine that it was Father's Day and he should be exempt, even though he doesn't have custody of his kid.
It will be someone else's fault. It always is.

Too Much Noise

Halburn is up in arms again about "excessive noise."

Seems that construction workers are cutting asphalt in his Dunbar neighborhood. A block away from his HUD garage apartment!

He demands that the workers erect sound walls around their construction site and start later than 8am. He demands that the industry design quieter equipment.
This is a guy that's deaf in one ear (he claims because of an improperly treated ear infection. It's always someone else's fault.) and hears voices in the other one. He also uses a CPAP machine which makes noise.

But even after all that, this whiny fuckstick STILL claims construction noise STILL woke him up.
In his world the laws of physics don't apply. Sound can be contained with a magic wall that prevents it from escaping into the outside air.

Here's a suggestion.
BUY SOME FUCKING EAR PLUGS if your hearing is so sensitive.

It doesn't make any difference when they would start work.
Any time is too early for him. Start at 9, he'd say start at 10.
The world must run on his schedule.

He also tried to use the fact that there is a primary school one block in the other direction, conveniently leaving out the fact that school has been out for the last 2 weeks.

He constantly screams about common sense, consideration, decency and respect but shows none of that to anyone.

"Construction workers need to show more common sense and decency. Cutting asphalt for a NON-EMERGENCY situation before 8:00 am with loud machinery that wakes me up behind closed windows is RUDE! There's no other way to say it, folks! You have the right to earn your living but not to disrupt my home! The industry needs to design quieter equipment and show common decency. Also, telling someone to call city hall when it's obviously closed is rude!"

"We put Neal Armstrong on the moon, in 1969. They can design and build quieter construction equipment in the year 2014. The industry thinks that because they are creating jobs and/or progress they can run over people. Frankly, I don't care how much noise they make ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. I just don't want to hear it in my home with my windows shut. And,  it isn't just city hall to blame. (Which isn't answering the phone). Workers simply need to show common sense and consideration. I am sure that if I walked into ANY of those workers homes (at ANY time) and demanded that they stop what they are doing and read my website that the police would be called. But they think they can invade MY home with their loud noise and I must tolerate it. Again, they are being rude!"
"The guy doing the work was the owner of his company. He chose the equipment, the time, and to have a crappy attitude with no consideration for the neighbors.  I work full-time and have a small business. I work 7 days a week. So my SLEEP IS IMPORTANT TO ME! And, yes, I WILL complain about some inconsiderate person that doesn't respect those around him."

"It needs to be said that I am nearly deaf in one ear, with a constant ringing noise (due to an improperly treated ear infection.) I also use a CPAP machine which has a blowing sound. So the fact that this construction worker STILL woke me up-from nearly a block away-tells you how noisy he was. As for this administration and workers, the previous one was worse on that issue."

"they were cutting asphalt on the street about a block away. Which means they have NO CASE for disrupting INSIDE MY OWN HOME!"

"They can control when and where they turn on their equipment. They can erect sound walls around their construction site. They DO NOT have the right to disturb me inside my home. It is RUDE and INCONSIDERATE! Why do you defend their RUDE and INCONSIDERATE behavior?

" The purpose of an ambulance is to assist in saving lives. It moves fast and is usually not in one place for a long time like construction noise. An ambulance is working in an EMERGENCY situation which was NOT the case for the man cutting ssphalt which 24 hours later STILL remains in place. This worker was putting HIS CONVENIENCE ahead of the rights of the neighbors who pay the property taxes that fund his employment and should have waited until after 9 and also erected a sound wall as there is also a primary school one block in the other direction. Its a matter of common sense and common decency."

More Harbor Fraud

Harbor Freight has kicked Mark Halburn to the curb.

First, he was suspended for being disrespectful to the manager. Then he went on medical leave because he "hurt his wrist at work". In the time  he was employed there he supposedly got hurt 3-4 times.
After that he tried to say he tripped over some pallets and fell, then a trailer hitch fell on his foot. He was on leave until May 15th.
Someone's looking for a workers comp claim. What a low life loser.

His injury hasn't affected him doing his "reporting" though. And working at Union Mission where he was hired on May 9.
Some people could call that Workers Comp fraud.

If Harbor Freight could find him "working" otherwise, they'd have a good claim. They're not paying him to not come to work so he can play Mr Big Important Newsman.

And then, he evidently touched a co-worker's butt and made her uncomfortable every time they left at the same time. She started leaving 10 minutes before him.

He started calling management threatening to sue them over our previous report.
Now he thinks PutnamLies is one of the people working there.

At the end of May, he gave them his  2 week notice, but they let him go when he turned it in. Reports say he was fired  for sexual harassment of a female worker.
Jesus doesn't sexually harass, Mark.

He claims he got a manager position at U-haul.  It's always a manager position.. Whatever it is, it's something where he can wear his sloppy t-shirts, shorts, and sandals to work.

Whatever the new job is, he still comes into Harbor Freight 2 or 3 times a week using free item coupons.
That's just more stalking behavior to let everyone know he's still around. You can't push him around.

Pat myself again

Another pat myself on the back incident. This time no doubt precipitated by the incident at Harbor Freight. These things always happen when Halburn has found himself in an embarrassing situation.

He says:
"Wednesday morning, on my way to an appointment, I drove by a home, in Dunbar, and saw a senior citizen that appeared to be taking a nap next to his home. Upon closer inspection, I suspected that he'd collapsed. I stopped my car and tried to wake him and learned he was unconscious. Thankfully, I had my cell phone and called 911 while others ran to the scene. We revived him while paramedics rolled and arrived. When I went back to my car, I realized that I hadn't even turned off the ignition. (I guess I was focused on the victim). Thankfully, I spoke to him later and he is OK. A diabetic who'd recently has his gall bladder removed, he says he over-exerted himself doing yard work. While I doubt there is an official study, I would love to learn how many lives have been saved by the availability of cell phones. We hear about texting and driving accidents, and those reports are terrible. However, I think the invention and use of cell phones are far more positive than negative. This can be a fun thread. How have cell phones had a positive impact in your life?"

Easter

Halburn Stalks Delegate on Holy Day

Yesterday, on Easter morning, Halburn drove 40 miles from his rodent infested, one bedroom, garage apartment to the Barboursville church where Delegate Kelli Sobonya attends so he could distribute negative fliers about her on windshields.
Why?
Because the legislature wouldn't pass his 25 or more bills AFTER the legislative session had ended

Kelli Sobonya
He had to stalk her to know where she goes to church
That's some crazy research to look up her church and drive to Huntington to do that.

In the past, Halburn has shown up in the middle of a town hall meeting in Lincoln county to shove a camera in her face as she continued to address the crowd.
He has called her real estate office after hours leaving messages for her with the agent on duty even though he has her number and has used it.

Appeal To Insanity

Halburn is appealing the denial of his request to take his kid to California. He says "Here's part of what the boy and I can enjoy together, in addition to Disneyland, the beach, Legoland, and the zoos..."

Then there's the part about the trunk of a car, a closet at a cheap motel and a lifetime on the run.

Harbor Fraud

Halburn has a new minimum wage menial job as a stockboy at Harbor Freight Tools in Cross Lanes. I guess the insurance sales job didn't work out. Stop by and pick up a magnifying device or one of those those handy pick up devices and give him some shit. Demand to be serviced.
How ironic is it that someone who complained about Walmart selling cheap Chinese shoes is now selling cheap Chinese tools?
This is going to look real good on his voluminous resume.

Strangely enough, he made no mention of his past when applying there. Said his name was Vance.
He works 3 days a week and gets no health coverage. Reports are that everyone hates him at work because he acts like the asshole that he is.
This was the same Harbor Freight store he defrauded in 2012 when he first moved into his shitty rodent infested garage apartment in Dunbar.

"How I shop: I need a toolbox and reversible screwdriver set. While moving in I found a crate of "stuff" under the kitchen sink. One item was a "welder's apron" in a sealed package from Harbor Freight tools. I "think" we can rule out me taking a welding class, so I take it tonight and exchange it for a new toolbox and reversible screwdriver set. The manager handles the exchange, I reach for my wallet to pay the difference, she laughs and hands me the difference: One penny. You read it right: I get a new toolbox, a screwdriver set-and a penny!"

Mr. ethical, honest Christian.

Lets see how long this job lasts.
