GUILTY!

HALBURN CONVICTED!

The Putnam Pool Boy, Mark Halburn, alias Mark Hallburn, was convicted Wednesday in Kanawha County Magistrate Court of trespassing.
In a hearing before Magistrate Traci Carper-Strickland, Hallburn was found guilty of trespass charges stemming from an August 30, 2009 incident at the Shawnee Park pool in Institute WV.
He was fined $250 plus court costs of $159.50.

You lose, bitch!

When asked after the decision what he was going to do next, Halburn stated, "I'd like to go to Disney World, but that's out of the question, so I'll start loosening up my sphincter for when I go to the sneezer. Maybe a road cone will work."

Good luck getting this one expunged, fatboy.

Halburn
said he's going to appeal due to magistrate misconduct. Whatever that is.
We look forward to the appeal (if granted, which is unlikely) so we can fully cover the new trial. We will be on it like stink on the shit that he is.

PutnamLIES.com will have continuing coverage of this story as it becomes available.

  1. I wonder which one of his personalities they actually convicted?

  2. This seems to be Putnam County news, but I don't see it on the "News Leader's" site. Not even an Oh how bad I was treated, or first ammendment story.

  3. Because Handout Halburn knows he can't eat his way out of this one, that's why you won't hear about it on his "site."

He doesn't have the money to appeal or anything, and I bet wifey is tired of paying for his costs. His news "hotline" is on his page...perhaps someone should call him and ask him his side of the story.

    I think I will...

  5. Just called Mark....for real.

He said he's going to appeal due to magistrate misconduct.

    ....right....

  6. Since he is so good about posting the booking photos of putnam county criminals, I wonder why he failed to get a copy of hisown mugshot. He was probably in too big a hurry to jump on freecycle and ask for K-Y.

  7. I think it's safe to say that we all sort of, deep down, knew Mark was going to appeal with any excuse in the book.

It is my hope that they saddle him with ALL court costs of this appeal. It's an abuse of rights in my opinion. He knows he is guilty but will cost the tax payers time and money to try and shift blame.

I also hope that when it comes time for Mark to renew his web site costs, his wife puts her foot down and says "no" when he is groveling at her feet for the money to do so.

  8. So I take it since he is broke, he has a court appointed attorney. There you go folks, your tax dollars are paing for fat boys defense. Pretty pathetic since he is ducking his.

  9. Oh please let there be a tape or at least a transcript somewhere!!!

  10. Unfortunately, no audio or written transcripts are made for misdemeanor trials.

  11. Looks like instead of the $5 pizzas from Little Caesars Fatty is going to have to downgrade to Totino's Party Pizzas to cover his court costs.

  12. With no records, how will he prove misconduct?

    ReplyDelete
  13. He can not prove misconduct. I mean really, all those tax payers dollars for a 250.00 fine? Hopefully his court appointed attorney will realize that he is a danger to himself or others and have him committed.

  14. The blob's idea of misconduct is when someone doesn't agree with him. Remember he is always right.

  15. Just spoke to relatives in your area. Told them Halburn was found guilty but he was going to appeal due to magistrate misconduct. The screams of laughter coming from the other end invoked the interest of another party in the house, after repeating the words "due to magistrate misconduct" there was another outbreak of laughter that probably could be heard in Nitro. Keep it up Markie poo, laughter is the best medicine and I want my loved ones to live a very long time. :)

  16. Wait a minute, Magistrate misconduct? Isn't that defiling ones conduct? Accusing one of misconduct is setting yourself up big boy, hope you have the proof to back up your liable claims.

Another question, does the court appointed attorney have to be the one that files the appeal or can he tell the great fat one to get his own lawyer?

  17. Read putnamblob's article of the shoplifter at Walmart.... he says "After PutnamLIVE.com snapper her pictures, she blew us a kiss."

Taking pictures of snappers now putnamblob? That will get you in trouble no doubt.

  18. Wow, Shoplifting at Walmart. There's a crime that's out of the ordinary.
    That's some hard hitting reporting.

He should be thankful we weren't in court yesterday. He'd have done more than blow us a kiss.

  19. How'd that 120 day rule work out for you, douchebag?

  20. What do you do when you're branded putnamblob and you know you're NOT a man?

  21. If the alleged shoplifter is blowing the publisher a kiss it seems to me she should have been in the optical department looking for a new pair of glasses.

  22. mark hallburn is a no good lazy ass always sticking his blank where it doesnt belong

  23. Maybe putnamblob will ask for free pool passes while he is on the pursuit of the free laptop?

  24. The publisher must be so busy with his appeal that he's neglected to mention any of the candidates for the school board.
